Hoi An Vietnam Travel Guide
Hoi An is perhaps the most graceful, historic and charming town in Vietnam. The town was built from about 2000 years ago and previously a primary harbor of the central Vietnam that cause the Chinese, Japanese and the Cham people influences on Hoi An nowadays. The most celebrated thing about Hoi An is the Old Town that is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1999. The scenery at the Old Town is somewhat resembling Venice and Amsterdam thanks to the Thu Bon River that stream through the town with much more ancient buildings and the past legacies. Aside from its history heritage, today Hoi An is a cosmopolitan travel spot, a culinary mecca with spectacular cuisines. Since becoming one of the hottest tourism destinations in Vietnam, there are many tours, hotels shops, restaurants, café, bars and activities open to serve a great numbers of tourist visit each year.
